As this is the first translation, we're expecting some problems:

- Have you tested the app? When I ran it, I found a number of strings
that didn't seem to be translated; but I don't know if that's
intentional, if your work isn't yet finished, or we've missed
translation markers.

- I could only get the translation to work if I marked it as 'zh' in
the config. 'zh_CN' caused an error in Babel (it didn't like the _),
and zh_Hans_CN isn't offered as an accepted language by Chrome. Is
'zh' OK?

- When compiling, I got the following error:

(pgadmin4)piranha:web dpage$ pybabel compile -d pgadmin/translations
error: pgadmin/translations/zh_Hans_CN/LC_MESSAGES/messages.po:7283:
placeholders are incompatible
compiling catalog
pgadmin/translations/zh_Hans_CN/LC_MESSAGES/messages.po to

zh_Hans_CN isn't offered by the browser at all, so that doesn't work.

Maybe the answer is to not use the browser's language negotiation at
all, but make it a configurable setting?

In testing I found a couple of issues:

1) We weren't extracting strings from SQL templates for translation

2) Strings in some of the dashboards weren't marked for translation

I've fixed those two issues and updated the template. Can you please
update your translation?

Khushboo; I also noticed that the treeview collection labels aren't
getting translated. Can you look to see why please?

Hmm, I'm sure that failed yesterday - I remember debugging it! It's
working now though, so let's use zh_cn.

Thanks - committed. Note that I used 'zh' as the identifier both for
the directory and in the config as between Khushboo and I we found
that was the only reliable option. It also seems to be what the
pybabel docs suggest (though, I really don't know why they seem to
ignore the country).
