Hi,

I've encountered an error when I try to "yum install pgadmin4" for Postgresql10 on a Centos 7 server
The final error message just below :

           Requires: python3-psycopg2 >= 2.8

 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
 You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
