BUG #16654: aarch64 can not install postgres12 because of file not exist - Mailing list pgsql-bugs

Description:

i install with following command:
dnf install -y
https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/reporpms/EL-8-aarch64/pgdg-redhat-repo-latest.noarch.rpm;
wget -P /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/
https://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/RPM-GPG-KEY-PGDG-AARCH64;
rpm --import /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-PGDG-AARCH64;
RUN dnf -qy module disable postgresql

it broken, error is below:
