Problem with repomd.xml.asc file in repository postgresql 16 for rhel-9:
https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/16/redhat/rhel-9-x86_64/repodata/

It cause of impossible work with repo:
PostgreSQL 16 for RHEL / Rocky / AlmaLinux 9 - x86_64
