Does anybody knows whats a Portal?
Postgres' code is plenty of references to them.
ie:
ProcessPortal routine called inside the executor.
which is the difference betwen a query processed calling to processPortal and
a query processed in the standard way (ExecutorRun, ExecutorEnd)...
