What error?

If the problem is that pg_dump produces incorrect output,  I have created a
backport of pg_dump from 6.4 to use with 6.3.2.  This gets round a lot of
bugs I was suffering with 6.3.2 pg_dump.  (It still doesn't cope with rules.)

If that would be useful, I'll send you the patch.  (If you have already
deleted your old database, it will be of no use to you, because you
will have to install 6.3.2 to use it.)
