I thought about those nested sets, too. See
http://www.net-one.de/~ks/WOoK/ for "The PostgreSQL side", and "Server
sided functions" there. I hope, to introduce a 3rd field beside "lft"
and "rgt" called "lvl" wasn't a bad idea.
