I'm guessing that the garden-variety drives, set up as bootable
images, would be handier.  If it turns out that whatever version of
Postgres we put on them has a major flaw, we don't want to immortalize
it in ROMs with the Postgres logo on them.  It's also just more polite
to leave it up to the user what to do :)
