It seems fetching a snapshot from repository is not working.

When I click this:
https://git.postgresql.org/gitweb/?p=postgresql.git;a=snapshot;h=ea92368cd1da1e290f9ab8efb7f60cb7598fc310;sf=tgz

I got a page saying:

Error 503 Backend fetch failed
