http://pgeu-plv8.herokuapp.com is broken and don’t have alternatives. Should be removed

"Gilles Darold: Best practices with Ora2Pg” ( http://ora2pg.darold.net/ora2pg-best-practices.pdf ) is broken, found at https://ora2pg.darold.net/slides/ora2pg-best-practices.pdf

"Michael Meskes: Mission Impossible?” ( http://bunsen.credativ.com/~mme/2011/PGConf_EU.pdf ) is broken. can not find that file


I scanned all wiki for broken links and found quite few
