Chinese Language Support? - Mailing list pgsql-admin

I'm trying to find documentation on the --with-mb option which will tell
me
what EUC_XX values actually do. I specifically need to configure pgsql
to
do both Simplified and Traditional Chinese. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
