Create a tablespace and move each individual relations of this database
in the new tablespace :
  * ALTER TABLE ... SET TABLESPACE ...
    http://www.postgresql.org/docs/8.3/interactive/sql-altertable.html
  * ALTER INDEX ... SET TABLESPACE ...
    http://www.postgresql.org/docs/8.3/interactive/sql-alterindex.html

Regards.
