I'm not familiar with Kali or NetHunter. It looks like you need to
build a custom kernel. The NetHunter docs explicitly mention setting
CONFIG_SYSVIPC=y:

Android did not support SysV IPC in the past. Don't know if that's
still the case for newer versions.
