I tried installing PostgreSQL14 in Windows and got a Fatal Error when trying to start Pgadmin4. The only recommendation I could find on the web is that you recommended to try and delete pgadmin4.db when this error occurred in PostgreSQL12. However, Windows cannot find a file pgadmin4.db or *pgadmin4.db* in the PostgreSQL14 installation. Windows version: Windows 10 Home

How can this be fixed in p.14? Or is there an older version of PostgreSQL that works better?
