Pretty sure the authors are referring to this:

 From what I can see everything is wrapped up(on my install) in
plpython2.so. Trying to import that gets:

 >> import plpython2
Traceback (most recent call last):
   File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
ImportError: ./plpython2.so: undefined symbol: error_context_stack

Might want to send the authors an email asking how they manage it.
