Does someone want to learn how to do the beta annoucement? - Mailing list pgsql-advocacy

Folks,

It's past time to have someone who is interested in doing PR stuff for
Postgres and has some time availability, to back me up.  Is anyone
interested?  9.6 beta 1 would be a good place to start.

Unfortunately, one of the qualifications for this is fluency in English;
the tech press is still very US-centric.
