I can't get to that number either.  If you take the 6 releases from
the 6.x series, 5 from 7.x, 5 from 8.x and then 9, that's 17.  Does
throwing in Postgres95 and POSTGRES 1.x, 2.x, 3.x, 4.x bring it up to
31?
