Hi --

I am trying to do a wget on https://yum.postgresql.org/12/redhat/rhel-7-x86_64/postgresql12-server-12.1-2PGDG.rhel7.x86_64.rpm and as seen below for whatever reason is reverting to http.... 

 wget https://yum.postgresql.org/12/redhat/rhel-7-x86_64/postgresql12-server-12.1-2PGDG.rhel7.x86_64.rpm
