All of the patches that implement the bulkwrite eager flush
functionality are included in the patch set being actively updated in
this thread [1] on write combining. The most recent version of the set
at the time of writing is here [2]. I'm going to stop posting new
versions to this thread for now to avoid spamming the list since every
time I update the patches, it affects this thread too.
