The server git.postgresql.org is going to be moved to a new datacenter
starting in a few minutes. This will lead to some intermittent
downtimes, but also to the change if IP address of the machine. This
may throw up some warnings in clients.
New IPs for the machine are 2604:1380:2000:7501::68 and 147.75.85.68.
I'll post another note here when the migration is complete.
