Based on the recent configuration parameter discussion I decided to look over the documentation covering that area and am proposing some reorganization. I will polish it further once I get some feedback.
Patch and resultant "make html" > PDF attached.
I sent this a couple times back in Jun (to -doc) but didn't get any feedback.
