Hello!

In EMS PGSQL manager the Form Editor View contains an extra button for each bytea field.
I can load a file into a binary field, or I can save the content to a file - into my filesystem.

Now I can't find the same functionality.

When I have only PGAdmin (like in local servers of customers), I can't extract the data to see it.
For example a PDF file which is stored in a column.

Is it my fault or this function doesn't exist yet?
The feature does not exist. You can raise it here - https://redmine.postgresql.org/projects/pgadmin4/issues/new

Thank you for your help!
