Hi,

this might be a nice addition to the press release of Postgres 11 :

The graph is based on HackerNews monthly "Who is hiring" threads, a very popular
place (first of all, among startups) to post job postings.

I've checked the August 2018 thread (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=17663077)
– right now it contains 931 job postings, Postgres (or PostgreSQL) is mentioned 122 times,
or in 13.1% of them.

This is a very good signal of  high and growing popularity among startups.

And here is also a comparison with some other database systems:
