upstream issues - Mailing list pgsql-www

I hope you are doing well. I'm messaging you today regarding PostgreSQL installation on Rhel 7.9.

For reference, I am using this documentation to install: https://www.postgresql.org/download/linux/redhat/

I am unable to install the rpm via yum with the link that is attached in the installation guide. Is the rpm file up to date, or am I missing something? The error showing on the terminal is
