Call For Proposals is open until 2018-10-31 (rolling basis!) Topics include new features in PostgreSQL 11, specially related to big data, DBA, performance tips, replication, partitioning, tools, app development and education. Talk duration should be 30 min or less (preferably casual & enjoyable "meet-up" style).
Presentation language is mainly Spanish, with English or Portuguese accepted too.
