Can't Download Postgresql-V8.2.4 for Redhat Enteprise-V4 - Mailing list pgsql-admin

I am trying to download the postgresql version 8.2.4 for Redhat Enteprise version 4.
However, I can’t download them. All I get is “The page cannot be displayed”.
Can you please re-activate these links, thanks.

Top → binary → v8.2.4 → linux → rpms → redhat → rhel-es-4

After click on “postgresql-8.2.4-1PGDG.i686.rpm” link, there is mirrors links displayed.
Click on any “http” or “ftp”, then “The page cannot be displayed” is displayed.
Can’t download any postgresql v8.2.4 package for Redhat Enteprise V4.
