Included in the headers of every email in this list is the following:
List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:majordomo@postgresql.org?body=unsub%20pgsql-advocacy>
Most email clients will let you double-click that mailto: link to
create an email message addressed to majordomo@postgresql.org with a
message body of:
unsub pgsql-advocacy
