Hi,
As a part of refactoring v18 RPMs I splitted ecpg and ecpg-devel into
their subpackages. The former includes the ecpg binary and libraries and
the latter includes header files.
However after some discussion with Sandeep we agreed on making some
changes:
* We will move ecpg binary from -ecpg subpacage to ecpg-devel.
* We will rename -ecpg to ecpg-libs.
That will also (more or less) match Fedora packaging name and also
Debian package names (again, not exactly the same, but...)
I'll push beta3_2 RPMs over the weekend. Since they are beta, I have no
intention to provide a clear upgrade path between beta3_1 and beta3_2.
