Check in the contrib directory of the source tree. Techdocs.postgresql.org site also has some to download I believe.

Also, the RPM distributions have one. If you already have the source and don't want to download a whole RPM, try snarfing it from the pgsqlrpms CVS at http://pgfoundry.org/projects/pgsqlrpms/ regards, tom lane
