Details:

When installing with various contrib options, get the following error:

A database command error occured whilst executing
"E:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.0\share\contrib\earthdistance.sql":
ERROR: type "cube" does not exist
[OK]

README.earthdistance mentions that contrib/cube must be installed.
