Description: Postgres Installer doesn't provide complete library
files
Details:
Postgres 8.3.3 installer creates include/library pathnames and content.
The library is not complete, which leads to a linker error (minGW):
- cannot find -lpq
Fix:
Download "no-installer" files and add the missing library files.
