I trate to install Postgresql 8.3 but I get an error "Error en instalaciÃ³n
de postgreSQL

vsjitdebugger.exe - Error de aplicaciÃ³n

La aplicaciÃ³n no se ha podido inicializar correctamente (0xc0000142). Haga
clic en Aceptar para terminar la aplicaciÃ³n."

Why? I donÂ´t know.
I reinstalled all operating system but the error get back.

Do you have any solution?
