The copy on cvs looks ok, although should I update it to say 6.5.3, or as
6.5.3 is simply to include pgaccess, leave it alone?

I'd go for the latter.

I can update files as part of the release, but I don't see anywhere in
the jdbc directory that says 6.5.x.
