I think doc/REAME.mb is now deprecated and I would like to remove it.
Also I would like to place the Chinese (Big5) version of README.mb
recently posted by Chih-Chang Hsieh <cch@cc.kmu.edu.tw> as
doc/README.mb.big5.

Comments? Objections?

I kind of got stuck on how to deal with the Big5 file.  Glad Tatsuo is
handling it.
