Thread: Perl Module on NT

Is there an NT specific Perl module?  Or can anyone tell me what is
required to build the module on NT.  I have VC++ 6.0.

I get the following error:
Postgres.c
Postgres.xs(12) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file:
'libpq-fe.h': No
such file or directory
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'cl.exe' : return code '0x2'
