Do you have or know where I can get an
ODBC driver for Windows 2000.

The most up-to-date driver is at www.greatbridge.org/project/pgadmin in the
downloads section. You need to install the older version (6.4.xxx) first
though (from ftp.postgresql.org) to install the required registry settings,
then just copy over the new .dll.
