Thread: pgaccess and tcl lib

Hello...
I recently installed
postgresql
postgresql-server
postgresql-devel
all version 7.0.3-2
from the rpms provided on website
I am running redhat 7

I want pgaccess so I tried to install
postgres-tcl-7.0.3-2 rpm
I get the message
"libtcl8.0.so is nedded....

When I look for a tcl lib I notice that
the following is in my /usr/lib
directory

libtcl.so -> libtcl8.3.so
libtcl8.3.so
libtclstub8.3.a
libtclx.so -> libtclx8.2.so
libtclx8.2.a
libtclx8.2.so

I add the following link:
libtcl8.0.so -> libtcl8.3.so

and still the rpm won't install....
any ideas?
