Every mail you get from the list contains the following informational
headers:

List-Archive: <http://archives.postgresql.org/pgsql-jdbc>

List-Owner: <mailto:pgsql-jdbc-owner@postgresql.org>

List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:majordomo@postgresql.org?body=unsub%20pgsql-jdbc>

(how to see those ehaders depends on your mail client.)

So you send a mail with only the words "unsub psql-jdbc" in the body of
your mail to the address "majordomo@postgresql.org".

Alternatively, you should be able to unsubscribe using the web interface
http://mail.postgresql.org/mj/mj_wwwusr/domain=postgresql.org?user=&passw=&func=show
