I have Postgres 7.3 installed from the Red Hat Enterprise distribution... I
can't find contrib/dblink... Where do I find contrib/dblink?

Under Debian is this a extra packet:

postgresql-contrib

Maybe a special *.RPM for RedHat?

You must install postgresql-contrib package. However I'm not sure that
Red Hat RPMs ships with dblink...
