Can Postgres 7.4.5 be run on Cygwin 1.5.1 under Windows XP?
I installed cygipc 2.03 (but I do not know if I need o do more?)
My initdb script fails.

The faq says add:
make MAX_CONNECTIONS=5 check
but I get
make: *** No rule to make target `check\'.  Stop.
