had to make some mods to the httpd config file for the new IP, but am
seeing connections to the database, and am able to bring up the page ...
the IP is 65.19.161.25 for those wishing to login and do work while the
DNS propogates ... for those wishing to do any tests, chagne your
/etc/resolv.conf file to point to 200.46.204.2 for DNS ...
