beta 2 release for win testing?

From

Hi Federico,

Jason has reviewed the windows build, in order to fix the problems
people has found with Python 2.7 an mod_wsgi (ticket #20). I've merged
his changed, together with a patch to fix -inf in floats by Marti
Raudsepp (ticket #40) and other minor things.

What about releasing a beta2, so that Jason can make a package for
windows to be tested by the mod_wsgi guys?

Bye!

I have Python 2.6/2.7 beta2 builds available here:
     http://www.stickpeople.com/projects/python/win-psycopg/devel/

For those that are interested/able to check it with apache/mod_wsgi,
grab one and let me know if you still have issues.
