Thread: oracle_fdw 2.1.0 released

Version 2.1.0 of the Foreign Data Wrapper for Oracle is out.

This release extends push-down to outer joins.
Thanks to Tatsuro Yamada for the work and NTT OSS Center for sponsoring it.

New is also support for building with MSVC and delayed loading on Windows.
