Can you please let us know which version of PostgreSQL DB is compatible with RHEL7.6 and if not available when we can expect the same.

Community packages for all community-supported PostgreSQL versions (at the time of writing: 9.4 ~ 11) are available via the PGDG yum repository for RHEL7; see: https://yum.postgresql.org/repopackages.php
