I get these messages each time i startup, i have removed and re-installed, but get the same issues[root@localhost ~]# systemctl status pgadmin4.service

Seems like your initial setup is not run for pgAdmin. Try below:
1) Stop pgAdmin service if running.
2) On a terminal, run - /usr/bin/python3 /usr/lib/python3.6/site-packages/pgadmin4-web/setup.py
3) You should be prompted for email and password.
4) After it is complete, start the pgAdmin service.
