I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY DOWNLOADED THIS POSTGRESQL BUT IT IS HAPPENING LIKE THIS AS SPECIFIED IN THE VIDEO WHICH I HAVE
SENT.

Please enable the logging specified "https://www.pgadmin.org/faq/#8" and send the pgAdmin logs.
You can also check the pgAdmin tray icon and click on "View log".
