After I install pgAdmin 4 I receive the follow error message.
I have uninstalled & installed twice, but keep having the same error. Internet connection is fine.
Are you able to assist/advise?

Hi Rowan,
Could you please share log files having names like - .pgadmin.startup and .pgadmin.<number>. You'll find these files in your windows user directory.
