X86_64 rpms not existing in repo for rhel6

I see that in your repository for Rhel 6 there are only i686 files while in the url is specified that its for x86_64

https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/13/redhat/rhel-6.9-x86_64/

will the rpm be available for x86_64?

RHEL 6 is supported until PostgreSQL 12. Please look at the "partially supported:" section at https://yum.postgresql.org/
