Thread: [pgAdmin][RM7492] Remove pgAdmin app dynamic module loading

Hi Hackers,

Attached patch removes dynamic module loading and replaces it with fixed/static module loading. This can potentially reduce the app startup time.

Patch also removes all the occurrences and usage of get_own_javascripts since it is not used anymore.

Please review.
