PostgreSQL package postgresql15-contrib includes files in /usr/lib/.build-id/..

Hi Packagers,

Not sure if this is expected or not, but the package postgresql15-contrib includes files packaged in the path /usr/lib/.build-id/..
Is this expected/reasonable? From my rpm packaging experience that is pretty old and unused I think maybe this is a bug?
